1. Service

The "Health Supplement Copywriter" (the "Service") generates health-supplement sharing copy via a LINE LIFF interface (product, selling points, persona, audience, scene) and lets you send it to a LINE chat. It includes free quota, VIP trials, referral rewards, and paid VIP plans.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• LINE login (LIFF) is required; use only your own lawful LINE account.
• One LINE user ID = one account. No sharing, resale, bulk registration, or automated quota farming.
• Under 13s should use the Service with a guardian.

3. Free quota, trials & referrals

• Free: 3 generations per day, reset daily.
• VIP trial: new users who friend the Official Account receive a 7-day VIP trial (drawn from the VIP 20/day pool, capped at 500/month); one per user.
• Referrals: when an invitee friends the account and generates once via your link, both sides receive 7 days of VIP; inviters accrue at most 30 bonus days per 30 days. Rewards are service credit only — non-transferable, non-redeemable.
• VIP plan: 20 generations/day, capped at 500/month; price and billing cycle will be posted on the checkout page, and refunds follow the Refund Policy, processed by a third-party payment provider (we never store card numbers).
• We may adjust quota accounting to prevent abuse and suspend rewards for abnormal accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Produce or distribute illegal, fraudulent, or exaggerated efficacy claims (e.g., curing diseases, guaranteed weight loss);
• Infringe trademarks, copyrights, or portrait rights, or impersonate licensed professionals (beyond the built-in "nutritionist persona" marketing voice, do not fabricate credentials);
• Spam, harass, scam, or farm quotas/referral rewards;
• Reverse-engineer, attack APIs, or disrupt operations.

Violations may lead to suspension or termination; unused quota is forfeited (paid refunds per the Refund Policy).

5. AI & compliance notice

• AI output may be wrong, outdated, or incomplete; it is not medical, nutritional, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals for health concerns.
• The violation-word filter covers only literal matches; homophones, implications, and image text may bypass it — no compliance guarantee.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing copy before publishing, including compliance with Taiwan's Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation (Art. 28: foods must not claim medical efficacy), the Health Food Control Act, and platform rules.

6. Intellectual property

• Interfaces, code, filter dictionaries, prompts, and images belong to the operator or licensors; no reproduction or resale without consent.
• You may freely use copy generated for your own selections in your own marketing, provided you do not infringe third-party rights and accept publishing liability.
• We may use de-identified generation records (excluding your LINE ID) to improve models and filters.

7. Changes, suspension & termination

• We may add, change, or suspend features due to operations, law, or AI-provider changes, with advance notice in the LIFF app or Official Account (except emergency maintenance).
• You may stop using the Service anytime; to delete personal data, email us per Privacy Policy §7.
• Dormant, violating, or LINE-suspended accounts may be terminated.

8. Disclaimer & liability cap

• The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy, timeliness, or uninterrupted operation.
• Fines, claims, or suspensions arising from copy you publish are your responsibility; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at fees you actually paid in the prior 12 months (zero for free users).
• We are not liable for outages caused by LINE, Cloudflare, AI providers, or network failures, but will restore service diligently.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Disputes shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as court of first instance (subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules).

10. Amendments

Revisions are posted on this page with a new date; material changes are announced in the LIFF app or Official Account. Continued use after effectiveness constitutes acceptance.
