隱私權政策 Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the "Health Supplement Copywriter" (the "Service"), including the LIFF app (/liff/selector.html), related APIs (/api/*), and invite short links (/i/*). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. Data we collect

• Identifiers from LINE: LINE user ID and display name (display name is used only when minting invite codes) obtained via LIFF. The friendship flag (friendFlag) is evaluated in real time for trial/referral eligibility and is not stored.
• Usage & quota records: daily/monthly usage counts, last-used dates, Pro status, trial grants and expiry (pro_expires_at), referral code and referrer relationship.
• Generation records: selected product, selling points, persona, audience, scene, generated copy text, and image path — used to operate, debug, and prevent abuse.
• Referral records: code, inviter/invitee IDs, status (pending / confirmed), timestamps.
• Technical logs: standard Cloudflare access logs (IP, timestamps, error messages) for security and operations.

We do not collect your LINE password, friend list, other chat members' messages, or payment card numbers (paid plans are processed on a third-party checkout page).

3. Purposes

• Provide AI copy generation, enforce quotas (Free: 3/day; Pro: 500/month), and grant trials/referral rewards.
• Prevent abuse, debug, filter non-compliant content, and improve generation quality.
• Respond to inquiries, rights requests, and complaints.

4. Third-party services

• LINE (LY Corporation): LIFF SDK, login, messaging (liff.sendMessages), friendship checks. LINE's privacy policy applies.
• Cloudflare: Workers (compute), D1 (database), Workers AI (generation), static hosting. Data is stored on Cloudflare's global network (including nodes near Taiwan).
• Frontend libraries: LINE LIFF SDK (static.line-scdn.net, loaded from CDN) and Bootstrap, which is self-hosted on this site (no third-party CDN) — code delivery only.
• QR generator: invite-page QR images are rendered by api.qrserver.com; requests contain the invite link (including the code) but no other personal data.
• Payment provider (as disclosed on the checkout page): processes VIP subscription payments. Payment completes on the provider's page; we never store your card number, keeping only the order number, amount, and payment status for reconciliation.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and protected in transit by HTTPS/TLS with least-privilege access. No internet transmission is 100% secure; we will notify as required by law in case of a material breach.

6. Retention

• Account & quota records: 2 years from last use, then deleted or anonymized.
• Generation records: 1 year for debugging and compliance audits, then deleted.
• Technical logs: per Cloudflare defaults (typically weeks to months).

7. Your rights

Subject to Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@jayzin.net (include your LINE display name and details). We respond within 30 days. Deletion voids unused quota and VIP days.

8. Cookies & tracking

We set no advertising cookies. LIFF runs inside LINE's in-app browser (LINE may log usage per its policy); the QR provider receives standard connection logs when QR images load.

9. Children

The Service is a marketing-copy tool for health-supplement sellers. Children under 13 should use it only with a guardian; we do not knowingly collect children's data.

10. Changes

Revisions are posted on this page with a new date; material changes are announced in the LIFF app or via the LINE Official Account. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
